Shingo Inoue🇯🇵Ultra Runner

Shingo Inoue🇯🇵Ultra Runner

I took Katsuo Stamina during 4 days of 330km training from Tokyo to Fukushima. It was a strenuous experience for me, but I was able to run at an average pace of 5 minutes and 30 seconds per kilometre -- the fastest I had ever run during my preparation period. I didn't have any noticeable muscle pain the day after I finished the total 330km. It convinced me of the benefits of KatsuoStamina.

For the IAU 24 Hour Asia-Oceania Championships, I chose KatsuoStamina.I took KatsuoStamina with miso soup after my digestive system failed in the second half of the race, and I think the fact that I kept taking Katsuo Stamina and converted the lactic acid into energy was the key to the last 30 minutes of the race.
